Our Diocese is under the jurisdiction of International Communion of Charismatic Episcopal Church -Territory of Asia with an apostolate primarily to the Filipinos outside the Philippines, but equally open to any Christian believer who seeks the unity of the church through the convergence of worship, the treasure of old and new and anyone who desires to adhere to the Christian faith.
